Launched in 2015 The MacDaddy, now one of the longest operating food trucks in the Charleston area, is an extension of Crave Kitchen & Cocktails.  We created The MacDaddy In response to an overwhelming demand for Crave's award winning Mac & Cheese  ("The Most Life-Changing Mac N Cheese in America", according to Esquire magazine) outside of Crave Kitchen & Cocktails.
